Refund Policies

Mentoring, consulting and coaching Services are not refundable, however if ever there is a concern, we will always work with you to come to a mutually agreeable resolution. Additionally, if we have not achieved a guaranteed result within the frame agreed, we will continue at no charge until that guaranteed result is achieved.
The book marketing programs non refundable. If the program fails to achieve the guaranteed result, it will be repeated free of charge until the guaranteed result is achieved.
